COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT
FUR & FEATHER FRIENDLY
Ten years ago, Kay founded a program affectionately known as "Paws for a Cause" that was established as a 'friend-raiser' to bring awareness to the plight of local pets in need of rescue. She offers complimentary portraits in exchange for unopened dog or cat food, blankets, carpet squares, toys, nursing kits, etc...anything someone could bring in to help the Rescue community and pets they support. The donations are then given to local groups in need of help as well as the Chuck Waggin' Pet Food pantry established to assist pet owners in financial stress.
This portrait opportunity is available for all types of pets, is offered four times a year and requires an appointment. Call the studio for dates and times 602.393.9333
BEVVIES AND BISCUITS
Kay expanded her support of the PACC911 via financial aid and every 3 months she hosts a Yappy Hour Lounge program where clients can be photographed with their pets and a portion of the session fee and print orders is donated to the PACC911 Emergency Medical Fund which provides medical attention to rescue animals in the various shelters. The concept of Yappy Hour is just like a human Happy Hour atmosphere where pet owners can enjoy beverages while pets enjoy homemade biscuits.

THE EXECUTIVES' ASSOCIATION OF GREATER PHOENIX
The Executives' Association of Greater Phoenix, known locally as EAGP, enjoys an enviable reputation among its peers in the business community because the leadership of Arizona’s premiere association of its type has always been particular regarding who is admitted to, and continues to merit, member status. I have proudly been a member since 2002 and have served on the Executive Board and held many different Committee Chair positions.
In 2008 I was the FIRST WOMAN honored with the Executive of the Year Award given each year to one member based on the following criteria:
The member honored has shown to be an exceptionally committed, contributing and participating member, demonstrated a level of exceptional integrity and ethical behavior throughout the tenure of the recipients membership. The recipient's strong performance and energetic activity is evidenced through leadership and committee participation, leads generation, direct business to member firms and referrals from outside of the Association. The recipient of this award understands our motto of "Reciprocity by Referral", considering Association members first when in need of products and services.
